As we always say, partnerships and expansions to other markets are deemed crucial in the iGaming industry. They are oftentimes a key element to new opportunities, reaching a wider demographic or even just expanding the business and it seems that there are a plethora of new companies that have decided to take advantage of such opportunities.

In the past several weeks, we informed you about Yggrasil’s partnership with SlotBox, as well as several other partnerships between providers and operators. This week, it seems that others have also followed suit, and there are a few more partnerships and expansions that can be deemed more significant.

A partnership between Genius Sports and Betsul

Genius Sports Limited is a successful data company, which, as you can tell by the name, focuses on sports betting. Now, the company has entered into a partnership with Betsul, which is a very popular Brazilian sports betting site.

Thanks to this new partnership, Betsul will now have access to a wide range of Genius Sports’ services and solutions, including PreMatch, LiveTrading, and Risk. On top of that, the betting site will be able to offer the latter’s live streaming services. All of this is intended to optimise and improve Betsuls turnover and margins.

The live streams are made possible thanks to Genius Sports’ already established deals with the Brazilian National Basketball League, Liga Nacional de Futsal, the Brazilian Volleyball Confederation, and others. These will include live streaming of basketball, football, volleyball, beach volleyball, and futsal.

According to Fernando Rivas, the CEO of Betsul “We are very pleased to have this new business partnership going live. Genius Sports has always been one of the great references in the betting market and we have great potential for growth together, especially in the Brazilian market.”

MaximBet partners with Flows

If you are not familiar with it, Flows is a company that provides sophisticated software that is aimed at helping operators automate and optimise their processes. The most recent revelation is its new deal with MaximBet, which is aimed at improving and automating its processes, and the overall gaming experience for the players.

Flows is deemed to be one of the most agnostic software of its kind and it offers companies a lot more opportunities to optimise and adapt. The products will continue to be owned by MaximBet, but the company will be able to integrate and coordinate more quickly and efficiently.

Armadillo Studios expands to the Canadian market

Armadillo Studios has managed to acquire a licence from the newly regulated Ontario market and will operate in accordance with the rules and regulations. The Ontario market does not limit the number of licensees but makes sure to limit the risks of problem gambling as much as possible.

Armadillo Studios’ COO, David Stovel has stated “We are proud to enter Ontario under new regulations. It has always been clear that Canada prioritises keeping entertainment and safety in check, from environmental control to alcohol consumption, and I would expect no different from online gambling.”
