Partnerships between providers seem to be an important aspect of their success. They usually allow game suppliers to expand to other markets or use other benefits the partner has to offer. We’ve been informed about many of them in the past, where one of our last ones was for Yggdrasil and Endorphina partnering with Darwin Gaming and Uniclub.

This time International Game Technology (IGT) will acquire iSoftBet, an iGaming content provider and third-party game aggregator.

IGT acquires iSoftBet

This Monday International Game Technology (IGT) agreed to acquire the iGaming content provider iSoftBet in a deal worth ca. €160m or $173.9m in cash. The acquired provider has generated revenue of approximately €30m in the past 2021.
