DCMS launched the call for evidence on loot boxes, to establish whether loot boxes lead to problem gambling or not.

Loot boxes are one of the most controversial issues and there is growing pressure on regulators to ban loot boxes or at least regulate them. At the recent workshop six concerns were raised and some suggestions were offered.

UKGC has announced the latest business plan for the year 2020/21 where they outlined their recent measures and future plans.

A panel discussion was held and a number of representatives of gambling operators and other stakeholders participated and expressed their views on the industry and how to proceed with regulations and policies.
