The game plays out on a 6 reel, 5 row grid, but it doesn’t feature any paylines. Instead, wins are formed by landing at least 8 matching symbols anywhere on the grid. Players may bet a minimum of £0.20 or a maximum of £100. The maximum payout can reach up to 10,000x the stake.

Design, Symbols, and Graphics

Set deep underwater, the background is dark, and not much can be made of the mythic city of Atlantis. Bubbles rise to the top, and Poseidon is next to the reel watching over the player and sometimes lending a helping hand. The music has an epic tone to it, which in my opinion, fits the theme perfectly.

Pay symbols are divided into low-pay gems (blue, green, red, and purple), which pay up to 8x the stake if you manage to land 12 anywhere on the grid. Then come the high-pay symbols, including are a column, gourds, prongs, a crown, and Poseidon himself. They pay up to a maximum between 10x to 50x the stake.

There are no Wilds in the slot since there are no paylines. But, there is a scatter symbol which features a Trident, and it triggers the Free Spins feature.

Cascading Reels Mechanic

Each time a win is formed on the grid, the winning symbols disappear and are replaced by new ones. These new symbols may help to form wins as well. Cascades only stop if there are no more wins.

Rising Multiplier Feature

Poseidon may decide to help you at random. If he does, he will add a bubble on top of a random symbol on the grid. This bubble will have a multiplier that may reach as high as 500x. Once a win is formed, the bubble rises up by one position on the reel and disappears after reaching the top.

Free Spins Feature

Landing 4, 5, or 6 scatters will give you 12, 15, or 20 free spins, respectively. During the Free Spins feature, bubbles will also increase their value after every spin. The Free Spins feature ends when there are no more spins or if the maximum win of 10,000x the stake is reached.
