Design, Symbols and Graphics

We really enjoyed the visuals in the Viking’s Mystery slot as well, which are made to perfectly fit the theme. You can see a snowy forest in the background, with evergreen trees and the starry night sky. The reels, made of stone, are in the middle of the screen and their trims are engraved with Viking patterns and designs. 

A fantastic soundtrack is also part of the experience, which is a great fit for the theme. This is also paired with great animations of thunder and lightning throughout the game. 

You will not find typical card symbols on the paytable here, as the low-value symbols are presented as wooden, metal, and golden shields, a pair of axes, and a helmet. On the other hand, the high-value symbols are depicted as a crow, a bear, a wolf, a Valkyrie, and the top-paying symbol is Odin himself.

Overall, we really enjoyed the Viking’s Mystery slot and what it has to offer. The visuals are fitting with the Scandinavian aesthetic and there are also great sound effects and animations. It might have been a good idea to include more bonus features, as the free spins can get a bit tedious over time. 

Moreover, it is great that the game includes such a wide betting range, but some players might find the minimum bet of £50 per spin rather high. There are however progressive jackpots that can be won as well.
