The only way to learn about the history of the world is through the things left behind. However, as it happens, history is neither simple nor fair, so many valuable artefacts have been stolen over the years. This is the theme of the latest Red Tiger release, titled the Stolen Treasures slot. You can play inside a museum for the chance to win up to 10,428x the stake. Stolen Treasures Slot Review
Even though Red Tiger Gaming is not known for these themes, the developers have done a great job with this game. It reminded me of the famous Bust the Mansion slot by Pulse 8 Studios. Despite having excellent visuals, this Stolen Treasures slot is not very rich with bonus features, as there is only a Hold & Respin bonus round.

Regarding the layout arrangement, the developers have opted for a slightly larger grid with six reels and four rows. There are 25 active paylines requiring at least three matching symbols to land successively, starting from the first reel on the left.
You can also find an optimal betting range, offering possibilities for high rollers and players who prefer smaller stakes. These options range from £0.10 to £100 per spin.
As I mentioned, the Stolen Treasures slot is made with great visuals that perfectly convey the theme. The golden reels are set in the middle of the screen, while the backdrop shows a marvellous museum with ancient statues, busts, and vases. Moreover, the excellent graphics can make it all more immersive and enjoyable.
The four card suits comprise the low-value category of symbols, while the high-paying group consists of more theme-related symbols. In ascending order, there is a gold coin, a ring, a necklace, a precious egg, and a golden chalice, which can be worth up to 12x the stake for a full payline.
A crown serves as the wild symbol that can substitute regular pay symbols. Lastly, the box is the bonus symbol used for the Hold & Respin feature, but more about it later.
Red Tiger Gaming is known for lower RTP rates, so the Stolen Treasures RTP is 95.72%. However, the volatility falls in the medium range, hence my relatively balanced gameplay with fairly frequent prizes at moderate values. Last, the maximum potential payout can reach up to 10,428x the stake.
You can learn more about these technical terms in our Variance, Volatility and RTP Guide.
Even though there is only one bonus feature, it’s time to explain how it works in more detail to see what it can deliver.
Hold & Respin Feature
Similarly to the ones seen in other games, the Hold & Respin feature can be triggered with the bonus symbols. Managing to land 3, 4, or 5 treasure box symbols simultaneously will deliver 3, 4, or 5 respins, respectively.
The triggering symbols will remain locked, and each new symbol will reset the respin counter. If a box lands on top of another, the value will be doubled, but the respins metre will not reset. At the end of the feature, the sum of all values will be awarded.
Other Red Tiger Gaming Slots
Regarding the visuals and the theme, I found the Stolen Treasures slot to be an incredible addition to Red Tiger’s portfolio. However, things aren’t as impressive regarding the gameplay, especially compared to some of the provider’s other releases. The slightly below-average RTP is typical for this studio, but there is an excellent combination of medium volatility and a maximum win potential of up to 10,428x the stake!
